GETTING AROUND

The conference will take place in the Sibson Building at the University of Kent.

Remember that:
🍻 There will be a networking night on the 28th from 7pm, and most people will arrive on this day.
🍻 There is also a networking night on the 30th and the last train back to London leaves at 10:23 pm.
The accommodation is on the same campus as the conference so it will take you about 5 minutes walking to get to the Sibson building, where the sessions will take place.
You can reach the University of Kent in three ways:

🚕 By car / cab - About 10 minutes
Yes, there is free parking on campus for Game On attendees.
Both experiences of the conference will take place in the downtown area.
Day 1: Canterbury Tales
Day 2: Glitch Hunters Canterbury
You’ll have to take care of your own transporation to get to the events.
You can reach downtown Canterbury in three ways:

Both experiences of the conference will take place in the downtown area and you’ll have to sort out your own transportation.

Please make sure you mention this during the registration. We’ll work hard with the venue to still provide you with options.
Lunch is included with your ticket on both days.
Finger food and a drink is also included with your visit to Canterbury Tales at the end of day 1.

You can get a full refund (minus 10% handling fee) until the 1st of April 2025. After this date no refunds will be issued.
You are allowed to transfer your ticket so if you can’t attend any longer and it’s past the refund deadline, we suggest reaching out to your owner friends or posting about it in one of the escape room owners group and try to sell your ticket there.
